Job Description: We are hiring for Senior Engineer Qa, Qc in Ghalsasi Group at Pune. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- Review of Customer specifications, Customer ITP
- Preparation of ITP covering all respective applicable stages, Pickling/Passivation Procedure, Painting Procedure etc.
- Submission of documents in time for procedures approval
- Inspection of incoming materials & review of MTCs for components
- Ensure markings & identifications on all components for required traceability
- Inspection of various ITP stages of PMI, Fit-up, Weld Visual, NDE, Ferrite, Final Dimensions, Pneumatic, Hydrotest, Blasting, Painting, Pickling/Passivation etc.
- Ensure records preparation for all above stages and offering to TPI / IBR Inspector / Client / Authorized Inspector
- Prepare all documents for final dossier submission
- Daily carry out quality surveillance & spot checks
- Coordinate with Client / TPI for Inspection Release Note.
Experience: Min 4 to 9 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned.
Pay Scale: Rs 45,000 Per Month.
