Educational Qualification :
Deputy General Manager : Candidates Should be Completed B.E./B. Tech/B. Sc. (Engg.) in Metallurgy/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from recognized University/Institutions.
Experience : Minimum 19 Years’ experience with major experience in Design Engineering and Commissioning/Operation of Steel Plant.
Assistant General Manager : Candidates Should be Completed B.E./B. Tech/B. Sc. (Engg.) in Metallurgy/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from recognized University/Institutions.
Experience : Minimum 16 Years’ experience with major experience in Design Engineering and Commissioning/Operation of Steel Plant.
Senior Manager : Candidates Should be Completed B.E./B. Tech/B. Sc. (Engg.) in Metallurgy/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 65% marks from recognized University/Institutions.
Experience : Minimum 12 Years’ experience with major experience in Design Engineering and Commissioning/Operation of Steel Plant.
Age Limit :
Deputy General Manager : Maximum 47 Years.
Assistant General Manager : Maximum 44 Years.
Senior Manager : Maximum 40 Years.
Pay Scale :
Deputy General Manager : Rs. 120000-280000
Assistant General Manager : Rs. 100000-260000
Senior Manager : Rs. 90000-240000
