Job Description: We are hiring for Senior Overseas Education Counsellor and Student Mentor in Easy Admissions Pvt Ltd at Bangalore. We need an energetic employee to join our team to develop our company. Interested candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
- Responsible for guiding the student on study options available for overseas universities as per their profile.
- Counsel the students in the University & Course shortlisting
- Responsible for a prompt reply to students queries
- Create sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed targets
- Assisting the students with the admission procedure for universities abroad
- Being well informed and updated about the admission process and entrance examinations of overseas universities.
- Follow up with students for pending documents and payments.
- Complete daily conversations goal through outbound calls on allocated leads
- Manage end to end process from University / Course shortlisting to documentation to application submission to final admission
- Admission Consulting to enroll them in the relevant coaching/preparation programs
- Ensure process compliance and timely reporting.
- Ensure post-sales servicing as per the set standards
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.
- Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution.
Experience: Min 1 to 6 Years.

Pay Scale: Rs 50,000 Per Month
