Educational Qualification:
Any Graduates and Post Graduates (Non Engineering) with 50% or above throughout academics and No Backlogs
B.E/B.Tech, BSC, BCA only 2018 – 2021 are eligible if interested to work in BPO non voice process
Skill Required :
Computer literate
Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
Must be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
Logical reasoning
Basic knowledge in insurance or finance
Job Description :
Work profile would be for Insurance/Finance related process. All processes are non-voice and back end operations. Employee will be interacting only with clients and not customers using computers and internet extensively. Working on web-based applications. Viewing and capturing details on system. Using computers and internet extensively. non-voice and back end operations. Provide excellent customer service to clients. Are good team players, independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self motivated and able to adapt in new challenges. Resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via e-mails / Tickets within the agreed SLA.Viewing and capturing details on system
