Job Description:
We are looking forward to M365 L3/Architect/Lead in Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) at Kolkata. Interested candidates can apply.O365 migrations – remediation, move data, assign licenses -2013 -2016 versions. Office O365/ Exchange online – Administration- User Management. Microsoft Azure administration – adds moves, and changes. Administration of Microsoft Office 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, Yammer, OneDrive for Business
Skills Required:
- Provide assistance to customer in deploying and configuring Microsoft products
- Maintain required support knowledge base documents
- Provide assistance to team groups.
- Evaluate end users privileged access via entitlement reports
- Email Restoration
- Cloud\AD\ Exchange Server Enterprise account administration (modifies and manages user accounts and group permissions)
- MS Office Suite, DirSync, AutoDiscover
- Create, replicate and assign rights of Public Folder
- Microsoft Online Services (Office 365)\OWA
- Cloud Exchange calendar/shared folder permissions and delegation
- Support, Migrate, Troubleshoot and Install Office 365 administration
- Maintain and update ticket problem management system
- Exchange Server Enterprise: accounts folder archive/creations/ trouble PST issues/create new accounts
- Managing Teams call issues
- Managing and Administrating Teams related queries
- Managing and Administrating Sharepoint Online, OneDrive
- Managing Conditional Access Policies and other security mechanisms.
