Eligibility Criteria For Construction Manager :
Educational Qualification : Should be completed B.E Degree in Civil From the recognized institution or university.
Skill Required :
Minimum 05 years experience in Construction filed.
Leadership qualities.
Knowledge of construction methods and technologies, and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.
Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods.
Knowledge of jobsite safety practices required.
Good Communication Skills in English.
Job Description :
Overseeing the logistical requirements of a project.
Delegating work to colleagues within your team.
Meeting regularly with clients, third parties and other managers to report on progress.
Regularly reviewing timings, budget, labor, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track.
Conducting site visits to inspect work, check materials and ensure staff are following health and safety guidelines.
Age Limit : Minimum 30 Years to 40 Years
Pay Scale : Rs .6 Lakes
