Skills Required:

  • identifying potential clients in the target market and completing appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and software or services needs
  • Creating and running a campaign about different products/services offered
  • Managing CRM for the same
  • Making a report out of the above analysis, analyzing clients’ specific ICT policies and country-specific policies where clients belong to
  • Negotiating contract terms with clients and communicating terms to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remaining up-to-date on industry news
  • Knowing and understanding country (world) specific IT governing organizations and policies & forecasts, eg, NASSCOM, FICCI, CII, Gartner, G2, etc
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
  • Meeting planned sales goals
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
  • Promoting the organization and products
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
  • MBA degree preferably in marketing and have ideas about software systems or IT or equivalent in a related field
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, and industry-specific analysis software
  • Must have a basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
  • Must have innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Ability to lead a sales team

Experience: Min 2 to 3 Years
