Skills Required:
- Meet the order booking targets with planned booked gross margin numbers.
- Work with solution development / technical support teams to develop and drive winning proposals with customers.
- Implement go-to-market strategy for new customer segments.
- Develop and build a BD team.
- Work in close coordination with OEMs and drive the EMS to order closure.
- Observe complete adherence to the sales processes, tools and reviews.
- Work with key stakeholders to drive business development activities.
- Participate and contribute to business planning exercises.
- I Graduated in the engineering field (Electronics/E&Tc/Electrical/Mechanical).
- Minimum 7 years experience in sales of LV products or related business profile will be an advantage.
- Working experience with industrial customers (metal/cement/automotive customers will be an advantage).
- Ability and proven track records to bring in 8-10 Cr business (Project sales or large equipment sales)
- Preference & very strong willingness to travel.
Experience: Min 7 to 10 Years.
Age Limit: Not Mentioned
Pay Scale: Rs 80,000 Per Month.
