Skill Required :

Minimum 02 Years Experience in Relevant Field.

Excellent Knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel.

Good Communication Skills in English.

Job Description :

Calendar management and associated tasks, booking conference rooms, audio visual equipment, copies, preparing docs & scheduling meetings, etc.

Assistance in staff recruiting and onboarding.

Schedules and organizes complex calendar activities such as meetings, agendas, arrangements, travel plans and department activities.

Training and/or supervising clerical workers.

Age Limit : Minimum 20 Years to 35 Years

Pay Scale : Rs 15000 + Incentive.

Selection Procedure : Candidates will be selected based on the Personal Interview.
