Eligibility Criteria For HR Manager :

Educational Qualification : Should be completed Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree program related to Business Administration, Human Resources or any relevant degree From the recognized institution or university.

Skill Required :
Online knowledge is required.

Minimum 03 Years Experience in relevant filed.

Able to conduct thorough research, analyze data, and present information in a logical format

High proficiency with Microsoft and Internet applications

Good Communication Skills in English.

Job Description :

Be the main source of expertise across all general areas of HR and recruiting, including organizational design, planning, diversity and inclusion, employee experience, talent and performance management, compensation, and employee relations.

Handle Goal setting, Performance Review, Salary Review, and Employment Contract renewal processes at any level of staff: CEO to interns.

Assess core metrics: retention, engagement, hiring, costs, infractions, staff performance.

Partner with division leads in the strategic planning process of the company to enable leaders to participate in formulating corporate goals and developing departmental plans.

Develop best practices around HR operational matters such as performance, conduct, capability, conflict resolution and provide the necessary support to resolve workplace issues.

Monitor appropriate implementation of progressive compliance based on company rules and regulations, overseeing meetings regarding lack of compliance, terminations, and investigations.

Contribute to the development of the company and show leadership qualities and decision-making ability within all stakeholder meetings.

Deliver employee engagement/initiatives, analysis of data and feedback, and provide the Company with recommendations in leadership meetings.

Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.

Manage and deliver data driven reports to display HR trends and recruiting metrics.

Identify hiring needs by using relevant data and communicating with hiring managers.

Oversee the Company recruitment and work towards strengthening the Company’s recruiting goals.

Age Limit : Minimum 25 Years to 40 Years

Pay Scale : PHP 60,000

Selection Procedure : Candidates will be selected based on the Personal Interview.
