Eligibility Criteria For Field Collection Officer :
Educational Qualification : Should be completed Any Degree From the recognized institution or university.
Skill Required :
Minimum 04 Years Experience in Relevant Field.
Knowledgeable in skip tracing and face to face negotiation.
Passionate at work and can handle stressful situations.
Computer Skill is required.
Good Communication Skills in English and Filipino.
Job Description :
Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
Maintaining customer payment records.
Responding to customer queries.
Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
Age Limit : Minimum 20 Years to 40 Years
Pay Scale : PHP 25,000
